charged for your services? |
Your account will be charged every thirty
days from the day you originally subscribed for monthly
access. If you signed up to our "mini membership". you will
be charged monthly after the trial period is finished. If
you cancel your account before that time, we will not renew
your account. Instead your account will expire on that date.
If you cancel your membership in the middle of the thirty
days, you will have access for the remaining time left.

membership was cancelled? |
You will get confirmation of cancellation
from our processors via email to the email address entered
(into the sign up page) when joining the site.

cancellation confirmation email? |
The cancellation email may take 24 hours. If
your account information has changed (email address), please
contact that processors support listed above. They have
agents on staff 24 / 7 to assist you.

password. The passwords are case sensitive.

What should I do? |
This is most often caused by Popup Blockers.
You need to turn off all popup blockers or add our site to
the exceptions list.

* To close window, click OK
* Close Browser then re-open it
